XIV Congress Documents: Making the Party's will blend with the people's will

When the Party's will is in harmony with the people's will, when documents are the product of millions of hearts and minds, that is the strength for the country to rise and take off.

From October 15 to November 15, a wide-ranging political activity to contribute ideas to draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress spread throughout the country and among the Vietnamese community abroad.

With careful preparation, innovation and a spirit of openness, millions of dedicated opinions have been received, demonstrating the consensus, belief and common wisdom of the entire Party, people and army towards the 14th Congress.

The three drafts, including the Political Report, the Summary Report on 40 Years of Innovation, and the Summary Report on 15 Years of Implementing the Party Charter, were carefully prepared and had many innovations.

For the first time, the Political Report is integrated in a unified and synchronous axis from goals, tasks to solutions. The preparation work went through many rounds of discussion and comments, demonstrating the spirit of openness and democracy in the Party's leadership.

Mr. Trinh Xuan An - National Assembly's Committee on National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs said, the Report shows innovation and creativity, while demonstrating responsibility to somehow do it. The document has many contents, but we focus on the core contents for people and scientists to pay attention to and research to contribute directly, directly and most effectively.

Mr. Pham Van Hung, President of the General Association of Vietnamese in Laos: "We, representing the Vietnamese community in Laos, are very happy and completely agree with the document of this event. Our community also points out that the upcoming Congress will be a great success, bringing Vietnam's position to the international arena."

From Central conferences to intellectual seminars, from agency meeting rooms to online forums, the atmosphere of giving comments on the Draft Documents of the 14th Congress has truly spread strongly.

Millions of dedicated opinions from scientists, experts, veteran party members, businessmen and citizens agreed with the draft. Each opinion is no longer a “contribution to the Party,” but a contribution to building one’s own future and that of one’s country.
