At this time, the driver will be provided with full details related to the violation including: License plate, time and location of the violation along with information about the agency that recorded the violation.
In addition, vehicle owners or drivers can contact the police directly through the address or phone number provided to handle issues related to violations.
Drivers can also look up fine notices via the Vietnam Register's Electronic Information Portal (http://www.vr.org.vn/). Drivers will be able to look up fine notices via the "Motor Vehicles for Vehicle Owners" data lookup section.
After filling in all the information, if a black box containing information about handling violations appears, it means that the vehicle owner or driver has not completed the obligation to pay the fine and will be denied registration.
