According to Decision 18-QD/TU, from November 4, comrade Pham Duc Toan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, ceased to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, ceased to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; also from November 4, comrade Pham Duc Toan was transferred and assigned to take on the task of Head of the Organizing Committee of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee.
According to Decision 268-QD/TU, from November 10, comrade Le Khanh Hoa, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office was transferred and appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Party Committee Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary (full-time) of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
On the same day, November 10, the Standing Committee of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee decided to assign comrade Nguyen Truong Giang, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, to perform the duties of Acting Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office until the Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office is fully established.
In Decision No. 266-QD/TU, the Standing Committee of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer comrade Pham Trong Tai (Deputy Director of the Department of Construction) to take up a position at the Provincial Party Committee Office; the position assigned to comrade Pham Trong Tai is Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.
Congratulating the four comrades who were trusted, assigned, and transferred to tasks, comrade Tran Tien Dung, Secretary of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, affirmed that the comrades who were transferred and assigned to tasks today all had extensive working experience, were affirmed through many positions, and were trusted by cadres and party members.
Hoping that the comrades assigned and mobilized to tasks will continue to promote their capacity and work results, contributing more to the implementation of the common goals and tasks of the province, comrade Tran Tien Dung asked the 4 comrades to continue to cultivate and promote their experience in performing their tasks; pay attention to advising on building a team of cadres and civil servants with enough capacity to meet the requirements of each agency, unit and in the whole province; ensure that cadres implement and operate the 2-level local government effectively and efficiently.
Also with the 4 comrades who were transferred and appointed, comrade Tran Tien Dung requested to inherit and promote the spirit of solidarity in carrying out new tasks at the new agency.
Representing the 4 comrades who were mobilized and assigned tasks, comrade Pham Duc Toan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, expressed his thanks for the trust of the Standing comrades and the Provincial Party Standing Committee in assigning new tasks.
