Sharing with VietNamNet, actor Ly Hung maintains his exercise habits at Bau Cat Sports Club (Tan Binh, HCMC).
This place has a large campus, lots of trees, suitable for walking and jogging; there is a bar area for street exercise and a small gym.
On days when he doesn't perform, Ly Hung usually wakes up at 6:30 and goes to Bau Cat Sports Club to jog for about an hour. If he's busy, he changes to 4:00 p.m.
Recently, Ly Hung, Ly Huong and their sisters often invite their mother - Mrs. Doan Thi Nguyen - to practice together.

At the age of 76, light walking or doing aerobics helps her improve her health and clear her mind, and she also occasionally chats and interacts with people of the same age.
Seeing their mother happy and healthy, Ly's siblings were all happy. "My siblings and I wish nothing more than for our mother to always be healthy. Without anyone telling us, the whole family arranges as much time as possible to be with and take care of our mother," said the actor.
After jogging or doing pull-ups to warm up, Ly Hung went to the gym.
"Many people ask me why I work out at a 'grassroots' gym, mainly because my house is right next door, and it only takes 30 seconds to get there. For me, time is very important. The gym here has all the machines and equipment, and I don't need to go far to work out at a 5-star gym," he said.
Being a martial artist, Ly Hung has been used to exercising since he was a child. Even when his schedule is busy and his body is tired, he still goes to the gym at least 4 times a week, otherwise he will feel restless and uncomfortable.
The actor exercises chest, abs, legs... evenly throughout the week. At 56 years old, he works out to stay healthy, not to show off or "enhance" his six-pack abs.
