However, when the delivery driver arrived, the actor did not answer the phone. In response, the actor denied the information provided by the shop owner. The actor also provided a text message exchange with the store employee, in which he only inquired about the price and there were no messages indicating agreement to place the order.

After the controversial video went viral online, actor Trong Nhan spoke out again. He expressed his outrage that the bakery owner's posts not only publicly revealed his personal information but also used vulgar language, insulting his honor and image. The actor stated that he has documented the entire incident and will proceed with legal action if he does not receive an apology from the bakery.

In a post on his personal page, Trong Nhan expressed a firm stance. He argued that the shop owner was not only unaware of his mistake but also acted provocatively while resolving the misunderstanding. However, at the end of the post, Trong Nhan also apologized to the shop owner's mother – who appeared in the video – for causing her to witness and become involved in the unwanted controversy.
