The actor said he had documented the entire incident and would file a lawsuit if he did not receive an apology from the bakery.

He said that the shop owner did not know what was wrong and still had provocative behavior while resolving the misunderstanding. However, at the end of the post, Trong Nhan also apologized to the shop owner's mother - who appeared in the clip for causing her to witness and be involved in the unwanted noise.
