Adjusting the 1/500 planning of Mai Dinh Industrial Park - Soc Son

On the afternoon of November 26, Soc Son commune held a conference to collect opinions from agencies, organizations, individuals and communities on the project to adjust the 1/500 scale planning of Mai Dinh - Soc Son Industrial Cluster.

Mai Dinh - Soc Son Industrial Cluster has an area of ​​66.54 hectares, invested by Noi Bai Infrastructure Joint Stock Company. The scale of investment in technical infrastructure construction includes: Investment in construction of industrial clusters in the direction of green and clean industry; application of high technology; ensuring investment in construction of centralized wastewater treatment plants applying modern environmental treatment technology; construction of wastewater collection systems and separate surface water collection systems; arrangement of waste collection and collection locations; construction of synchronous and modern infrastructure.

The project also invests in electricity, lighting, trees, and internal traffic systems to ensure technical standards and urban aesthetics.

This is a multi-industry industrial cluster: Supporting industry; semiconductor industry; electronics industry; information technology; light industry; high-tech industry; mechanics, automobile assembly and manufacturing; electrical equipment and other industries in accordance with the provisions of law and the city.

At the conference, representatives of businesses, agencies and households with land in the site clearance area all agreed with the construction of the Mai Dinh - Soc Son Industrial Cluster project; hoping that the commune and investment units would pay attention to and satisfactorily resolve policies on site clearance compensation, adjust appropriate boundaries and ensure the interests of all parties.

Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Soc Son Commune Bui Kim Thoa requested the units, departments and professional offices of the commune to continue to review and remove difficulties, based on the opinions of all parties, ensuring common interests, in accordance with the planning, and soon completing the approved steps; requested the villages to continue to propagate and mobilize people about the purpose and significance of the project, and future benefits so that people agree to implement, soon deploy and complete the project.
