The final round has 11 contestants selected from a total of 50 contestants from travel companies, tourism businesses, destinations... operating in the Mekong Delta region.
As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to contestant Dinh Hai Duong (BenThanh Tourist). This contestant also won the sub-prize for Best Talented Tour Guide. The two second prizes went to Ho Dang Gia Bao and Phan Thi Thai Quyen (both from Saigontourist). Ho Dang Gia Bao won the sub-prize for Best Presentation Tour Guide; Phan Thi Thai Quyen won the sub-prize for Most Favorite Tour Guide voted by the audience.

At the same time, the Organizing Committee also awarded 3 Third Prizes and 5 Consolation Prizes. The consolation prize for the Tour Guide with the best answer was awarded to Tran Da Dam.
According to the Organizing Committee and the Jury, the competition was a great success. The contestants all followed the theme closely, had solid knowledge, and had professional expertise that met the requirements. In particular, many contestants showed creativity, flexibility, and many talents in their entries, attracting interaction from visitors.

The first Mekong Delta Tour Guide Competition - 2025 is an activity organized by the Mekong Delta Tourism Association in collaboration with Can Tho College of Tourism, aiming to honor the tour guide profession; create a useful playground for tour guides in the Mekong Delta region to have the opportunity to meet, exchange, learn and share knowledge, skills and professional experience. At the same time, the event also contributes to introducing and promoting the image of Mekong Delta tourism, improving the quality and standardizing the region's tourism human resources.
