At the meeting, leaders of Dai Loc district and Nghi Son town exchanged basic information on the socio-economic situation, national defense and security, Party building work and political systems of the two localities.

Dai Loc district and Tinh Gia district (now Nghi Son town) are two twinned units with long-standing ties. Over the years, the two localities have regularly sent delegations to visit and encourage each other on anniversaries and important political and social events; at the same time, they have supported each other in socio -economic development; and in overcoming the consequences of war, natural disasters, floods, etc.

On this occasion, the Town Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghi Son town awarded funds to support Dai Loc district to build 4 gratitude houses, each worth 50 million VND; and presented 50 gifts to policy families and families in difficult circumstances, each worth 1 million VND.

On the same morning, the delegation offered incense and laid wreaths at Truong An Memorial Temple and the Memorial House where the Dai Loc District Party Committee was established.
