
At the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Martyrs Cemetery (Ba Ria Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), a delegation of the City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, led by Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs. Also attending the ceremony were members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and delegates from a number of wards and communes.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and heroic martyrs - those who heroically sacrificed for the independence, freedom and happiness of the people, for the longevity of the Fatherland. A minute of silence was held to express deep gratitude for the great contributions of previous generations.

After the flower and incense offering ceremony, the delegates went to each martyr's grave, burned incense in memory, expressing the gratitude and morality of "When drinking water, remember its source" of the Party Committee, government and people of Ho Chi Minh City towards the nation's outstanding children.
Also on the morning of October 11, the delegation of Ho Chi Minh City, led by Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Dang Minh Thong , offered incense and flowers at Binh Duong Martyrs Cemetery, paying tribute to heroes and martyrs on the occasion of the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
Also attending were comrade Nguyen Loc Ha, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and leaders of the city's departments, branches and sectors.

In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation respectfully offered wreaths and incense before the Monument of the Fatherland and observed a moment of silence to commemorate the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
After the incense offering ceremony, delegates went to each martyr's grave to burn incense in memory and express deep gratitude to the outstanding children who devoted their whole lives to the country.

Next, the delegation led by comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc and the delegation from Ho Chi Minh City led by comrade Dang Minh Thong came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and President Ton Duc Thang.
At the Ho Chi Minh Museum - Ho Chi Minh City Branch, the delegation observed a minute of silence and respectfully offered flowers to the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader of our Party and people.
The delegation expressed their infinite gratitude and sincere respect for President Ho Chi Minh's great contributions to the cause of national liberation, national reunification, and building a peaceful, independent, unified, increasingly prosperous and developed socialist Vietnam.
At Ton Duc Thang Museum, the delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate President Ton Duc Thang, the leader of the Vietnamese working class, a shining example of diligence, thrift, integrity, and devotion to the revolution and the people.
