At the working session, in the spirit of frank and responsible work, representatives of the sectors also clarified the difficulties, obstacles, shortcomings and limitations in the implementation process. At the same time, they also proposed and recommended to the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to study and advise the Prime Minister to integrate 03 National Target Programs into 01 National Target Program, in which the component projects are divided into corresponding localities and beneficiaries of the Program for the period 2026-2030. Clearly assign and decentralize tasks to avoid the current situation where 2 National Target Programs implemented in the same locality overlap in terms of support content but have different regulations on norms and capital sources... causing difficulties for localities in drafting documents regulating the decentralization of management and implementation of the Program.
