
During the inspection, the delegation inspected relevant documents, food areas, frozen goods storage, dry goods storage, food processing areas, ready-to-eat food sample storage areas, etc. Through the actual inspection, the delegation assessed the administrative procedures of the facility and the enterprise in accordance with regulations. However, there were some shortcomings such as the arrangement of goods in the warehouse not in accordance with regulations on safe distance from light sources (0.6m from the light), the placement of goods not in accordance with the classification area; the sample storage cabinet was not equipped with a thermometer, etc.

The inspection team requested that establishments and enterprises continue to promote their good practices and promptly overcome their shortcomings. At the same time, they provided specific instructions for establishments to properly implement food safety regulations during production and business.
Representatives of the facility and enterprise acknowledged the comments of the inspection team and committed to promptly correcting any shortcomings as soon as possible to ensure food safety and further improve the quality of service to consumers.
