“The company has a number of positions to recruit to meet business needs, mainly skilled workers. Compared to 2024, the company's workforce has changed very little,” said Mr. Nguyen Qui Hoang.
In Trang Bang Industrial Park, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park (Trang Bang town), Phuoc Dong Industrial Park (Go Dau district), many enterprises have posted notices of labor recruitment, along with other welfare regimes. Many enterprises have posted information on recruiting skilled and unskilled general workers, with unlimited numbers such as: First Team Vietnam Garment Company Limited, Fortunate Hong Kong Fashion Company Limited (Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park)...
Or Gain Lucky Company (Phuoc Dong Industrial Park) posted a recruitment notice for 300 workers for the dyeing department and many positions requiring skills, experience, and a college degree or higher. Xiang Jiang Group VN Company (Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park) recruited 100 workers. This company also offered bonuses for workers who directly came to work and for those who referred and referred workers, with bonuses ranging from 500,000 VND - 2.4 million VND/person, depending on the Tay Ninh , Southern, Central and Northern regions.
Need 26,614 workers
Currently, industries such as garment, textile, footwear, processing, electricity, mechanics, manufacturing... are the fields with high recruitment demand. According to the Economic Zone Management Board, synthesizing data from 183 enterprises in industrial parks, export processing zones (EPZs), and economic zones, there are 124,636 workers returning to work, accounting for 95% compared to before Tet. Up to now, the number of workers in the area who have returned to work is relatively stable.
In addition, there are 133 enterprises with recruitment needs of 26,614 workers, including 22,804 unskilled workers; 758 university workers; 1,619 college and vocational secondary workers; and 1,433 primary workers. Of these, there are 27 domestic enterprises with recruitment needs of 1,378 workers.
Although there are few fluctuations in human resources compared to previous years, many businesses have a high demand for labor recruitment, including the need to recruit new workers and to compensate for the number of workers who do not return to work.
Among them, many foreign enterprises are recruiting 500 or more workers. For example, Global Hantex Company is recruiting 1,040 workers; Brotex Company needs to recruit 1,890 workers; Gain Lucky is recruiting 1,580 workers; First Team is recruiting 1,800 workers; Ningbo is recruiting 7,500 workers; Pou Hung is recruiting 1,530 workers...
In fact, recruitment activities of enterprises take place regularly throughout the year, but during Tet, especially after Tet holiday, the labor supply becomes scarcer, because most workers move to other working environments with attractive salaries and many welfare regimes, others choose jobs "close to home" to conveniently take care of family and children, others for family reasons, or some join the army after Tet...
However, this rate is not high, while the policies, welfare regimes, salary and bonus guarantees of enterprises are increasingly approaching the wishes of employees, so a large number of resignations at one time no longer happen.

According to data from the National Enterprise Information System, Tay Ninh province currently has 8,352 non-state enterprises, with 100,805 registered employees; 429 foreign direct investment enterprises, with 233,396 registered employees.
Labor productivity in 2024 will reach 181.8 million VND/worker, an increase of 16.14 million VND/worker compared to 2023 (reaching 165.66 million VND/worker), equal to 83.1% of Vietnam's labor productivity.
Currently, the province has about 307,209 workers working in enterprises and cooperatives. According to the Provincial People's Committee, these workers are mainly from the province and migrant workers from other provinces such as Long An, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, the Western provinces and some workers from the Central provinces migrate to Tay Ninh to live and work in industrial parks and export processing zones (estimated at about 5,000 migrant workers, accounting for 1.63%).
Vietnamese workers working in the private and foreign-invested economic sectors are mainly unskilled workers in the garment and footwear industries... these workers do not require high professional qualifications.
Through the form of labor export, in 2024, Tay Ninh will have 50 migrant workers working abroad (including: 17 from Japan; 24 from Korea, 8 from Canada; 1 from Hungary) and 15,527 foreign workers working in the province, of which 5,498 are eligible for work permits.
According to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, since the beginning of 2025, the unit has created additional jobs for 652 workers, a total of 3,041 workers, reaching 19% of the plan; provided job counseling and referrals to 857 people; guided and implemented unemployment insurance policies for 270 people, issued decisions on unemployment benefits for 321 people with a total amount of nearly 7.4 billion VND; approved the need to employ 198 foreign workers (including: newly issued for 100 workers; re-issued: 7 workers, extended: 91 workers).
There were 43 enterprises registering their labor needs, with 314 foreign workers; 6 enterprises registering for overtime were received and assessed; 3 enterprises registered for collective labor agreements; no strikes, work stoppages, or collective work stoppages occurred.
According to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the number of collective absenteeism before Tet 2025 has decreased by 50% compared to 2024. This reflects the effectiveness of activities to care for employees during Tet. In particular, businesses have proactively discussed salaries and bonuses early and coordinated with trade unions to organize practical programs, helping to reduce conflicts and retain employees. |
