According to the reporter's investigation, previously, Xuan Thien Thanh Hoa Joint Stock Company had sent a document to Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee proposing a plan for high-tech pig farming in high-rise buildings.
The company believes that it is necessary to apply modern advances and technologies to raise high-quality pigs, and raising pigs in high-rise buildings is one of the modern ways of raising pigs today.
Although it is not clear how many floors high this business wants to build to raise pigs, if this proposal becomes a reality, this will be the first project in Thanh Hoa province, or even the whole country, to raise pigs in a high-rise building.
Xuan Thien Thanh Hoa Joint Stock Company is a subsidiary of Xuan Thien Group, headquartered in Ninh Binh province.
Currently, in Thanh Hoa province, Xuan Thien Group has invested in 3 projects (all in Ngoc Lac district) on high-tech pig farming, with a total investment of 36,000 billion VND.
Currently, the livestock factory in Minh Tien commune has been completed and put into operation, while other projects in Kien Tho and Nguyet An communes (Ngoc Lac district) are in the stage of site clearance, completing investment and construction procedures.
