On the afternoon of October 20, the Cham community of Huu Duc village (Phuoc Huu commune) performed a ceremony to receive costumes from the Raglai community (Phuoc Ha commune). In the sacred moment before the Kate festival, Cham dignitaries solemnly received costumes from prestigious Raglai people. According to the Cham people's concept, the Cham community is the eldest sister, the Raglai are the youngest sister. The youngest daughter has the right to inherit the property left by her parents, and at the same time has the obligation to care for and worship her parents when they are old. Therefore, since ancient times, the Raglai have been assigned to preserve the royal costumes and the offerings on the temples to worship grandparents, ancestors and gods.
