Rubber Industry Union presents awards to outstanding female workers, civil servants and laborers

(DN) - On the morning of October 21, at Eastern College, Binh Phuoc Ward, Dong Nai Province, the Vietnam Rubber Industry Trade Union held a ceremony to celebrate the 95th anniversary of Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2025), review 5 years of the female workers, civil servants and laborers movement in the rubber industry for the period 2020-2024 and award the "Excellent Female Workers, Civil Servants and Laborers" award for the third time - 2025.

Over the past 5 years, the team of female workers, civil servants, and laborers in the rubber industry - those who are "both good at public work and good at housework" - have affirmed their important role in the sustainable development of the group. The women actively participate in emulation movements, work creatively, improve productivity and product quality, while maintaining an irreplaceable role in the family and community.

Revenue for the first 9 months of 2025 of the entire consolidated group is estimated to reach 76.1% of the yearly plan, pre-tax profit reaches 100.8% of the plan. Financial indicators all increased compared to the same period in 2024. This is a valuable result of the spirit of solidarity and common efforts, including the important contributions of female workers, civil servants and laborers.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee honored 95 outstanding female workers and employees in the rubber industry for the third time - 2025. These are individuals with outstanding achievements in production, management, scientific research and building happy families.

Also at the ceremony, delegates listened to Ms. Vo Thi Xuan Trang, Principal of John Robert Powers School Vietnam, share the topic: "Women - Confident, brave, creative, happy".
