According to the regulations of the Department of Education and Training, candidates participating in the entrance exam for grade 10 of high school in the 2023-2024 school year will be given an account and registered online on the VNEDU system at the link : //ninhbinh.tsdc.vnedu.vn . The online registration period is from May 5 to 5:00 p.m. on May 12, 2023, at which time the online registration system will automatically close and registration will not be possible.

In strict compliance with the regulations and instructions of the industry, secondary schools have promptly deployed to teachers, students, and parents and received high consensus. Teacher Trinh Thi Van Khanh, Principal of Truong Han Sieu Secondary School (Ninh Binh City) said: In the 2022-2023 school year, the school has 311 grade 9 students. In the 2022-2023 school year, the whole province has over 13,000 9th grade students. According to the 2023-2024 public high school enrollment target for the 10th grade of the Department of Education and Training, 10,270 students will be enrolled in 10th grade, with 242 classes, an increase of 3 classes compared to the 2022-2023 school year. Students applying to public high schools will take 3 exams: Math, Literature and Combination (3 subjects: English, Physics, Geography). Students applying to Luong Van Tuy Specialized High School must take an additional specialized subject exam. The exam will take place from June 1-3, 2023.

In parallel with online registration, the Department of Education and Training has deployed units to collect enrollment service fees online from May 19 to 5:00 p.m. on May 22, 2023 by scanning the barcode on the enrollment registration form or transferring money to the specified account number. In special cases, candidates or their relatives can directly pay the enrollment service fee at the high school where the candidate registers. The candidate's enrollment registration is only completed when the candidate registers and pays the enrollment service fee within the prescribed time.

Teacher Dinh Van Kham, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, said: The implementation of online registration for the 10th grade high school entrance exam for the 2023-2024 school year is an important content in the administrative procedure reform and digital transformation that the Ninh Binh Department of Education and Training is striving to implement. To effectively implement, the Department of Education and Training has prepared software, online transmission lines and organized training for the entire industry at both the provincial and district levels for all secondary and high schools. At the same time, it is strictly forbidden to encourage students not to participate in the entrance exam or force students to enter the 10th grade against their wishes to ensure the basic rights of students to study and enter high school according to their needs and those of their families.
