Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoang - Chairman of the Board of Members of Song Hieu Forestry and Agriculture Company Limited said: Despite facing many difficulties, the Company has always been proactive in overcoming challenges, promoting innovation in management and operation. In particular, the Company focuses on effectively exploiting land potential, reviewing and re-planning 3 types of forests, and at the same time, transferring some areas beyond its management capacity to the locality. At the same time, the Company strongly develops forestry, taking planting and trading raw material forests as the main development direction.

In the context of lack of capital and limited human resources, the Company has proactively established a project to borrow capital from banks and expand joint ventures with farmers based on a mutually beneficial cooperation mechanism. Up to now, the Company is managing nearly 7,000 hectares of production forest, of which nearly 2,000 hectares are large timber forests.

Not stopping there, Song Hieu Forestry and Agriculture Company Limited also promotes the application of science and technology in intensive forest planting: Using high-quality tissue culture acacia varieties, fertilizing properly, ensuring a planting density of 1,600 trees/ha. Forest productivity is constantly improving, many areas reach a yield of 120 - 150 m³/ha, bringing an average income of up to 250 million VND/ha.

To modernize production, the Company has invested tens of billions of VND in modern machinery and equipment for forestry road construction, exploitation, transportation and afforestation. Thanks to that, production and business efficiency has increased dramatically. In 2024 alone, the Company's total revenue reached more than 135 billion VND (exceeding 130% of the plan), profit reached 13 billion VND, and budget contribution was over 10 billion VND. Average income per employee reached 9.2 million VND/month.

Song Hieu Forestry and Agriculture Company Limited also invested heavily in processing technology: Replacing the heat drying kiln system with a steam drying kiln, converting the laminated wood production line from manual to semi-automatic, increasing capacity from 850m³/year to 2,900m³/year.

Along with production development, Song Hieu Forestry and Agriculture Company Limited always focuses on forest protection. Over 20,774 hectares of natural forest are strictly protected, without forest fires or illegal exploitation. During the year, the Company planted an additional 940 hectares of raw material forest, produced 3 million high-quality seedlings, exploited 53,359 tons of raw wood and consumed 1,650m³ of laminated wood.

Not only focusing on business, Song Hieu Forestry and Agriculture Company Limited also actively participates in social and charitable activities. Every year, the Company contributes nearly 1 billion VND to activities of building charity houses, building rural roads... The Company was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Provincial People's Committee for its contributions to the "For the Poor" Fund of Nghe An province. The Company's Party Committee has achieved the title of "Typical Clean and Strong" for many consecutive years, and the organizations always complete their tasks excellently.
