The working group surveyed a number of locations of the Huu Nghi - Chi Lang border gate expressway project in Hoang Van Thu commune. Accordingly, the Huu Nghi - Chi Lang international border gate expressway project in Hoang Van Thu commune has a total route length of 7.8 km, with a total recovered area of 69.72 hectares, with a total number of affected households of over 304 households. Up to now, for the main route, the commune has counted 100% of land, assets, and crops on the land; has made payments to households and individuals affected by the project; households and individuals have handed over an area of 69.6 hectares/69.72 hectares (reaching 99.5%), equivalent to a length of 7.5 km/7.8 km to implement the project... However, there are still some difficulties and problems in site clearance related to resettlement construction, dumping sites, and some technical infrastructure.

During the program, the working group surveyed the locations of the Dong Dang (Lang Son province) - Tra Linh ( Cao Bang province) expressway investment project in Hoang Van Thu, Na Sam, and Van Lang communes. According to the quick reports of the units, up to now, the land area has been handed over to the project enterprise with an area of 99.43% according to the technical design clearance boundary; the relocation of basic technical infrastructure has been basically completed... The localities also reported to the working group some problems in the relocation of houses of some households affected by the project.
Comrade Doan Thi Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, viewed the cadastral map of the project to expand the specialized road for transporting goods in the area of landmark 1088/2-1089.
The working delegation also surveyed the implementation of the project to expand the specialized freight road in the area of landmark 1088/2-1089 of Huu Nghi international border gate and the investment project to build an inter-sectoral working house for functional forces at the specialized freight road in landmark 1088/2 - 1089.
After conducting the survey and listening to the reports of the agencies and units, Comrade Doan Thi Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, assigned the agencies, units, communes, and project investors to proactively advise on updating and completing the report, difficulties and problems, making recommendations and proposing specific solutions, clearly identifying people, responsibilities, and implementation progress to serve the working session of working group No. 02 according to Decision No. 58-QD/TU, dated November 20, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee with the communes of Hoang Van Thu, Na Sam, Van Lang, Hoi Hoan, and Thuy Hung, organized on November 27, 2025./.
