Scene of the dialogue
At the dialogue session, Comrade Dau Truong An, Chief Inspector of the province informed Ms. Loc Thi Tau of the results of the inspection and review of 04 cases that Ms. Loc Thi Tau requested to be resolved regarding land disputes between citizens and 1 organization and 3 individuals and requested to issue land use right certificates for her family. Accordingly, regarding the case, Ms. Loc Thi Tau had 43 petitions to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tu Mich commune (old), Chairman of the People's Committee of Loc Binh district (old), Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son province.
Government Inspectorate representative speaks at the dialogue
The requests of citizens have been received and processed by the competent authorities according to regulations; the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has received Ms. Loc Thi Tau 11 times at citizen receptions; the Chairman of Loc Binh District (old) has received Ms. Loc Thi Tau 83 times at citizen receptions. The petitions of Ms. Tau have been explained, clarified and recorded by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Loc Binh District (old), and have directed the specialized agencies to consider and resolve them according to their authority.
According to the results of inspection, review and settlement plan of the People's Committee of Mau Son commune, the cases have been mediated as well as guided to resolve land disputes in accordance with the provisions of law.
Citizen Loc Thi Tau speaks at the dialogue
The dialogue was conducted democratically, objectively, publicly and transparently. At the dialogue, Ms. Loc Thi Tau requested to continue resolving the above mentioned land disputes. The specialized agencies explained and clarified the legal basis, practical basis, and related issues so that citizens could understand, agree, and comply with the resolution results of the competent agencies.
Comrade Dinh Huu Hoc, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, spoke at the dialogue.
Speaking at the dialogue, Comrade Dinh Huu Hoc, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, stated that the results of the inspection and review showed that the 04 cases that Ms. Loc Thi Tau requested to be resolved had been thoroughly inspected and reviewed; the results of the inspection and review were informed in detail by Comrade Chief Inspector of the province, Deputy Head of the Working Group to Ms. Tau and the participants of the dialogue. For the 03 cases under the jurisdiction of the Provincial People's Court, not under the jurisdiction of the State agency, the Provincial People's Committee will issue a document to terminate the handling. For the remaining 01 case, the People's Committee of Mau Son commune will continue to organize inspection, verification, and clarification of the origin, management and use process of related entities to resolve them again according to their authority, in accordance with the provisions of law./.
