During the working program, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and members of the Provincial Working Group 2305 had a dialogue with Ms. Vi Thi Mai Phuong, residing at No. 14/147 My Son Street, Block 9, Vinh Trai Ward, Lang Son City (now Dong Kinh Ward, Lang Son Province). Accordingly, the citizen requested to resolve 06 petitions related to land recovery, compensation, support and resettlement for the family affected by the Block 9 Resettlement Sub-area Project, Vinh Trai Ward, Lang Son City.

Regarding these petitions, from 2020 to now, citizens have sent 17 petitions to the City People's Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and 03 direct reflections. These petitions have been responded to, informed and explained in writing by the People's Committee of Lang Son City (old), the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee and the Provincial People's Committee. However, citizens continue to send many petitions to agencies and register to meet the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee at regular citizen receptions to petition for consideration and resolution.

At the dialogue session, provincial leaders and relevant departments and branches exchanged with citizens frankly and openly, ensuring publicity, transparency and objectivity, including informing, explaining and clarifying the legal bases, practical bases and legal regulations related to the petition contents so that citizens could understand and agree with the review results of Working Group 2305.

Concluding the dialogue, Comrade Dinh Huu Hoc, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized that this is a case with many petitions from citizens, and the Provincial People's Committee has also issued many documents to respond and explain the people's petitions. Regarding the 06 specific contents that citizens requested to be resolved, the Provincial Working Group 2305 has inspected, reviewed, collected relevant records and documents, compared them with legal regulations and exchanged, explained, and informed citizens; at the time of 2004, the project still had some shortcomings, however, the legitimate and legal rights and interests of citizens were not affected. He requested relevant agencies to continue to review the project overall and provide full information on the project implementation process up to now so that citizens can understand and ensure the full implementation of their legitimate rights and interests.
