According to the Decision of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee on the establishment of Na Son Commune Party Committee on the basis of merging 3 commune Party Committees: Na Son, Keo Lom and Dien Bien Dong town, the Commune Party Committee Executive Committee consists of 33 comrades, the Standing Committee consists of 11 comrades, in which comrade Tran Thanh Kien is appointed to hold the position of Commune Party Committee Secretary.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Na Son Commune Party Committee in the new context after the merger.

He acknowledged the serious and elaborate preparation of the Party Committee of the commune; highly appreciated the political report with a clear vision, closely following the Central's policy, concretizing it into local practice; welcomed the identification of strategic breakthroughs, in which special emphasis was placed on developing ecological-organic agriculture associated with building new rural areas, developing the economy associated with national defense and security, promoting the role of cadres, especially at the commune level.

Regarding orientation, he suggested that the Party Committee should focus on three strategic breakthroughs: Developing agriculture in an ecological and organic direction, associated with building sustainable new rural areas; Promoting infrastructure construction, especially inter-commune and inter-village traffic connections; Enhancing the administrative efficiency of the commune-level government apparatus according to the new model, focusing on applying digital transformation and administrative reform, improving the quality of the staff, especially the leaders.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang especially emphasized: Economic development must go hand in hand with sustainable poverty reduction, ensuring social security, education, and healthcare; proactively preventing and combating social evils, child marriage, and stopping illegal religious activities.

He also emphasized that developing culture, community tourism, and handicrafts based on national identity is also an important direction. Na Son must become a model for operating a new government model, where aspirations for advancement are transformed into concrete actions, bringing about real changes in people's lives.

With a spirit of democracy and responsibility, delegates voted on the 2025-2030 Congress Resolution, unanimously approving 4 breakthroughs, 5 groups of tasks and 15 specific targets, in which, by 2030, Na Son commune strives to become a fairly developed commune in the mountainous region.
