At the conference, delegates of the Provincial People's Council reported the results of the 8th Session of the 19th Provincial People's Council, some socio -economic development results of the province in the first 6 months of the year and tasks for the last 6 months of the year.

Provincial People's Council delegates and voters of Hung Thanh ward observed a minute of silence to express their condolences and commemorate General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.

Voters of Hung Thanh ward have made a number of recommendations: Requesting the Provincial People's Committee to soon have a plan and solution to repair Cau Cha 2, which is currently sinking and has been reported to have subsided for a long time but has not been fixed; Residential Group 6 does not have a cultural house for activities, and has had to borrow from Hung Thanh Primary and Secondary School for many years, so it is facing many difficulties in operation; the Provincial Sports Complex project has been planned in the ward for many years but has not been implemented; The resettlement area of Group 18, Hung Thanh ward was invested in construction since 2006, invested in renovation in 2022 and handed over for use in the first quarter of 2024, however, up to now, the City Electricity has not yet established procedures to connect the power source for households to the new power supply line system; Request the City People's Committee and the Compensation and Site Clearance Council for the resettlement project of the old group 18, now group 9, Hung Thanh ward, to provide land recovery decisions to households according to Decision No. 234/QD/UBND dated May 27, 2008 of the Provincial People's Committee.

Speaking to voters of Hung Thanh ward, Director of the Provincial Police Pham Kim Dinh acknowledged and highly appreciated the voters' opinions and affirmed that the opinions were all legitimate with the desire to continue to build and develop the homeland, constantly improving the people's lives. He said that the above-mentioned voters' opinions mainly fall under the authority of Tuyen Quang city, and Pham Kinh Dinh requested the City People's Committee to focus on resolving the voters' petitions. The Provincial People's Council delegates received the opinions and sent them to the relevant agencies for consideration and resolution, meeting the voters' legitimate aspirations.
