On November 5, comrade Nguyen Hung Vuong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee attended a Party cell meeting and learned about the people's situation in Noong Phuong village, Minh Quang commune (Lam Binh).

Noong Phuong village party cell has 24 party members, including 2 members exempted from party activities. The cell has actively led the people in the village to participate in socio -economic development tasks and ensure security and order in the area.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Hung Vuong acknowledged the preparation of the steps and procedures of the Party cell meeting in accordance with regulations. He suggested that the Party cell should focus on leading the village, political and social organizations and people to develop the economy, reduce poverty, and participate in building new rural areas.
