Open networking exchange in the Business Coffee program with the theme "Trends and opportunities for business development 2025" organized by Thanh Hoa City Business Association and Hong Duc University.

Officially launched in September 2023, Thanh Hoa City Business Association and Hong Duc University signed a program to coordinate the implementation of exchange and cooperation activities between the school and businesses. According to the cooperation program, Hong Duc University will introduce excellent students as personnel candidates for member businesses of the Association; at the same time, introduce the school's science - technology and innovation products to contribute to the development of businesses. Thanh Hoa City Business Association will create conditions for receiving students and lecturers of the school to study, exchange experiences, and train to improve skills and knowledge; prioritize recruitment for students of the school...

In order to implement this signing, in recent times, Thanh Hoa City Business Association has coordinated with Hong Duc University to organize field trips and study production and business experiences at member enterprises. This is an opportunity for students to get acquainted with the production line and working environment, thereby having a clearer picture of the profession they are being trained in and the job opportunities and skills they need to be equipped with. Students are also exchanged and shared by business owners about production and business activities in each field; experience in management and administration, building market strategies, connecting production and business chains, etc.

Associate Professor, Dr. Bui Van Dung, Rector of Hong Duc University shared: “The field trips organized by Thanh Hoa City Business Association have helped students experience the real working environment, corporate culture, and shorten the gap between theory and practice. We consider this a very effective bridge between businesses and schools, especially in the task of training and developing high-quality human resources. Not only is it beneficial in terms of knowledge, this activity also strongly inspires students to start a business, contributing to shaping their entrepreneurial thinking in a systematic way, from identifying opportunities to how to call for capital and building a market strategy”.

Another outstanding activity is the series of business forums and business coffees that the association co-organized at Hong Duc University. The Business Coffee forum with the theme “Trends and opportunities for business development in 2025” created an open space for connection and sharing between businessmen and students. Here, students can listen, interact and exchange directly with successful businessmen about practical startup lessons.

“With the development of technology, changes in consumer trends and support policies from the Government, 2025 will open up many “golden” opportunities for those who are passionate about starting a business and dare to step out of their comfort zone. Based on economic and technological trends, in 2025 there are many potential fields waiting for young people to explore, such as: AI technology and Big Data, high-tech agriculture and clean food, online education and training, renewable energy, digital financial services & fintech...”, Chairman of Thanh Hoa City Business Association Nguyen Van Thanh shared at the program.

Attending the program, student Nguyen Hoang Anh, 4th year of Faculty of Business Administration, shared: "I feel very lucky to gain valuable experience and to see and evaluate the development trends of entrepreneurs. I feel more confident and clearly define my career orientation as well as strengthen the startup idea I am nurturing."

In particular, the Association also creates opportunities for students to access and acquire knowledge from speakers and experts who are successful entrepreneurs in many fields across the country. At the "Special Entrepreneur" forum held on April 15 at Hong Duc University, the Association promoted connections through memorandums of understanding, cooperation in practical training, creating conditions for students to access the business environment right from when they are still in the classroom.

Not stopping at individual programs, the series of student support activities that Thanh Hoa City Business Association has implemented has been creating positive changes in awareness and entrepreneurial aspirations among young people. The close cooperation between the Association and the school is opening up opportunities to build a model of "Business in school" - where students can practice entrepreneurship right during their studies.
