List of students exempted from high school graduation exam and given priority for direct admission to colleges and universities in 2025.
Two students on this list include: Nguyen Tien Thanh and Le Phu Quang, both 12th grade students, Lam Son High School for the Gifted ( Thanh Hoa City).
It is known that the exam to select high school students for national teams to compete in international and regional Olympic competitions in 2025 has 133 students studying in grade 12 in the 2024-2025 school year participating. The Ministry of Education and Training requests the Departments of Education and Training to exempt these candidates from the 2025 high school graduation exam according to the regulations of the high school graduation exam.
Along with that, universities, academies, colleges and junior colleges will give priority to direct admission to universities and colleges in 2025 according to the regulations of the admission regulations for these 133 candidates.
- The 2025 high school graduation exam will be held on June 25-28, with candidates completing procedures on June 25 and taking the official exam on June 26 and 27. The 28th is a backup exam date. - Candidates taking the 2018 generaleducation program will take 4 subjects including compulsory Math, Literature and 2 elective subjects. - Candidates taking the 2006 general education program still take all 4 exams and 6 subjects including: Math, Literature, Foreign Language, natural science exam (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or social science exam (History, Geography, Civic Education). |
