Crowded, Dalat traffic jam until night

Tourist attractions located more than 10 km from the center of Da Lat city such as Dat Set village (photo) also welcome more visitors than usual.

During the April 30 - May 1 holiday (from April 27 to May 1, 2024), Da Lat is estimated to welcome about 170,000 visitors for sightseeing and relaxation (an increase of nearly 42% over the same period in 2023). Of which, international visitors are estimated at 7,200 (an increase of 60% over the same period in 2023); domestic visitors are estimated at 162,800 (an increase of 41% over the same period in 2023), and overnight visitors are estimated at 115,000 (an increase of more than 47% over the same period in 2023).

The average room occupancy rate of 1-5 star hotels is about 80%, other types of hotels are about 75%. The number of guests staying at accommodation facilities in the city is concentrated on April 27-29.
