(DN) - The Vietnam E-commerce Association (Vecom) has just announced the Vietnam E-commerce Index (EBI) report in 2025. Accordingly, Dong Nai has an e-commerce index of 13.3 points, ranking 7th in the country, down 1 rank compared to last year.

This year, Hanoi rose to the top of the EBI index rankings with 74.7 points. Ho Chi Minh City ranked second with 73.5 points. Da Nang ranked third with 28.1 points. In addition, the top 10 localities with the highest EBI index in the country also include the provinces and cities of Binh Duong, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, Lam Dong, Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Hung Yen. The average score of the EBI index this year is 9.3 points.

The EBI 2025 report is based on a survey of thousands of businesses nationwide. The index is based on three groups of criteria, including infrastructure and human resources, business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions, and business-to-business (B2B) transactions.
