Accordingly, in 2025, the movement will continue to be deployed synchronously and widely throughout the province, focusing on strengthening propaganda work with many diverse and rich forms to mobilize all classes of people to actively participate and well implement the set targets and tasks.

By the end of the year, the province strives to have over 95% of hamlets, neighborhoods, and households meeting cultural standards; 80% of communes, wards, and towns recognized for doing a good job in preventing and combating drug and prostitution; 98% of agencies, units, and 75% of enterprises meeting cultural standards; 100% of district and commune-level cultural institutions and 90% of hamlet and neighborhood cultural houses operating effectively...

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism - the standing agency of the Steering Committee for the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" of the province to preside over and coordinate with units and localities to develop and implement the plan; proactively evaluate and summarize 25 years of implementing the movement in the period 2000-2025, and at the same time report to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism before September 25.
