According to this document, implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Committee according to Conclusion No. 556 on handling a number of land-related cases in the province, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has assigned departments, branches and localities to urgently carry out the tasks.
Specifically, for Vuon Xoai Ecotourism Area, based on the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 1330/UBND-KTN dated February 2, 2024 directing departments, branches and localities to handle 4 related issues including: inspecting and handling administrative violations; proposing locations to continue investing in and building areas for raising and caring for wild animals for relocation; ceasing operations at Vuon Xoai Ecotourism Area before May 26, 2026; organizing a review of the responsibilities of organizations and individuals related to violations related to Vuon Xoai Ecotourism Area.
However, up to now, the relevant units have not completed the instructions of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee. Therefore, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Departments of Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Construction, Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Bien Hoa City People's Committee to urgently inspect the implementation of the instructions of the Provincial People's Committee.
At the same time, review the implementation results and organize the review of the responsibilities of organizations and individuals for violations. The implementation results will be reported to the Provincial People's Committee through the Department of Agriculture and Environment before June 10, 2025.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction, the Department of Finance and relevant units to work with Vuon Xoai Eco-tourism Area Company Limited to determine the relocation location and guide the company to carry out investment procedures, build an area to raise and care for wild animals for relocation; request Vuon Xoai Eco-tourism Area Company Limited to terminate operations at Vuon Xoai Eco-tourism Area before May 26, 2026 under the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
Based on the reports of the units and the results of working with Vuon Xoai Eco-tourism Company Limited, assessing the shortcomings, difficulties, and responsibilities of organizations and individuals in implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee proposes solutions, time, implementation roadmap for each specific task and handling direction in case the enterprise does not voluntarily relocate within the prescribed time. Synthesize and report to the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial Party Committee to report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for direction of implementation before June 12, 2025.
For the Dong Nai River Landscape Improvement Project, the Departments of Construction, Finance, Agriculture and Environment urgently implement the instructions of the Provincial People's Committee, focusing on reviewing and handling legal issues to revoke Decision No. 2230/QD-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee dated July 21, 2014; adjusting the detailed planning 1/500 to increase public space for community service; evaluating the reasonable costs invested in the project by the investor. The implementation results will be reported to the Provincial People's Committee through the Department of Finance before June 10, 2025.

For the Son Tien Urban Area Project, the Department of Finance will preside over the project with the Department of Construction, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Provincial Inspectorate, Bien Hoa City People's Committee and related units to study the project's legal documents, planning, inspection conclusions, identify specific problems, and propose solutions.
Bien Hoa City People's Committee directed departments and An Hoa Ward People's Committee to strengthen the management of construction and land order, promptly handle violations in the field of construction and land, and prevent illegal construction works and improper use in this area.
Regarding the land area of about 72 hectares in Phuoc Tan ward, enterprises in this area have been identified to have violated the law on land and construction. Therefore, Bien Hoa City People's Committee will inspect the compliance with handling administrative violations on land and construction, and apply remedial measures according to regulations to force relocation. In case the enterprise does not comply, Bien Hoa City People's Committee will review the administrative violation records and organize enforcement against the administrative violation.
