Donnarumma is close to Mbappe.

After helping PSG reach the Champions League final this year, the Italian international admitted: "The team spirit has changed, we are now a more united team. We play for each other."

Donnarumma also expressed regret when Mbappe left: "We miss Kylian very much. He is one of the best players in the world . I wish Kylian all the best because he is a great friend."

PSG booked their place in the Champions League final after beating Arsenal 3-1 on aggregate over two legs. The Ligue 1 club will face Inter Milan in the final, who just eliminated Barcelona with an impressive 7-6 aggregate score.

While PSG prepared for the decisive match of the season, Mbappe and Real Madrid were eliminated in the Champions League quarter-finals by Arsenal, a defeat that saw the French star jeered by fans.

The final against Inter is not only a chance for PSG to win the title, but also a chance for Donnarumma to reunite with several of his international teammates, including Alessandro Bastoni, Federico Dimarco and Nicolo Barella. However, the person Donnarumma is most looking forward to meeting is goalkeeping coach Gianluca Spinelli, who works for both Inter and the Italian national team.

“I had a great evening, the atmosphere was great. I will see old friends and goalkeeper coach Spinelli, who I still talk to every day," Donnarumma shared.

The Champions League final between PSG and Inter Milan will take place on June 1, promising to bring many emotions to football fans around the world.

Where does PSG's 'Barcola fever' come from? Bradley Barcola is having an explosive season at PSG, becoming an important factor after the departure of Kylian Mbappé.
