Component project 1 - Coastal road: 5 localities have not completed site clearance

Accordingly, by early November 2025, the project's compensation plan for land clearance was approved for 76.59/80km (reaching 95.73%), of which the area of land handed over was 75.78/80km (reaching 94.71%). Currently, there are 5 communes and wards that have not completed land clearance with a remaining length of 4.23km, including: Sen Ngu commune (Ngu Thuy commune, old Le Thuy district) with 2.3/13.89km remaining; Cam Hong commune (Ngu Thuy Bac commune, old Le Thuy district) with 0.65/12.89km remaining; Dong Trach commune (Duc Trach, Dong Trach commune, old Bo Trach district) with 0.26; Hoa Trach commune (Quang Tung commune, old Quang Trach district) with 0.15/2.755km remaining. In particular, Dong Hoi ward (Bao Ninh commune, old Dong Hoi city) despite being reminded many times, is still slow to resolve the remaining 0.88km of land that is stuck at the aquaculture farm of Phuc Thanh Joint Stock Company.

Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Construction and the Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board continue to strengthen coordination with relevant departments, branches and People's Committees of communes, wards and units to urgently and resolutely focus on directing the resolution of remaining problems to speed up the site clearance progress in order to carry out assigned tasks on time.
