The construction project of Lao Cai Specialized High School has reached 90% of the volume.

The new construction project of Lao Cai Specialized High School is entering the final stage of construction.

The project to build a new Lao Cai Specialized High School was approved by the Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee to be implemented in the period of 2021 - 2025, with a total investment of 350 billion VND, starting in February 2024.

The project is invested by the Lao Cai Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board and after nearly 1 year of construction, Lao Cai Specialized High School is in the final stage to bring the project to the finish line on time.

According to the report of the Lao Cai Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, currently, the volume of project items implemented has reached 90%.

The contractor is implementing the construction of internal roads of the project.

The complex includes: Complex 1 has completed the rough construction, and is currently carrying out finishing stages such as flooring, exterior painting, door installation, etc., reaching 90%; Complex 2 has completed the rough construction, and is currently carrying out finishing stages such as flooring, exterior painting, door installation, etc., reaching over 87%; the conference hall is currently carrying out finishing items such as primer painting, plastering the staircase area, manufacturing and installing aluminum doors and glass walls.

The service canteen has completed the rough construction, and is installing aluminum doors, glass walls, and painting the entire building.

Dormitory and kitchen, the rough construction has been completed, plastering, flooring, and wall tiling of the toilet area are underway.

Multi-purpose sports house, swimming pool under construction, building surrounding wall, plastering inside and outside the house.

For fire prevention and fighting items, we are implementing the construction of the outdoor fire prevention and fighting system and installing indoor equipment in blocks A, B, C, D, E, dormitories, canteens, and multi-purpose gymnasiums.

The kite house has completed the steel structure system and is currently installing bitumen roof tiles; the bridge house has completed the steel frame structure, poured concrete for the walkway, and produced the glass wall system.

Regarding the exterior, the contractor is implementing construction of routes N1, N2A, N2B.

To ensure progress, the contractor has mobilized maximum equipment, engineers, and workers to divide into many construction teams for project items and strives to basically complete all items by the end of April 2025.
