Vietnam economic growth forecast 2023

The Resolution on the 2023 socio-economic development plan of the National Assembly and Resolution No. 01/NQ-CP dated January 6, 2023 of the Government set the target of the country's gross domestic product (GDP) growth rate in 2023 at about 6.5%.

According to the June 2023 Global Economic Prospects report, the World Bank forecasts Vietnam's GDP to grow by 6.3% in 2023. The Asian Development Bank believes that public investment will be the main driver for economic recovery and growth, and Vietnam's GDP in 2023 is forecast to grow by 6.5%.
