According to Hoiana, the average room occupancy rate at 4 hotels in Hoiana Resort (Duy Xuyen) is also quite good. In particular, high-end hotels such as Hoiana Hotel & Suites and New World Hoiana Beach Resort recorded an occupancy rate of up to 95% on peak days (May 2 and 3) and continued to record many "bookings" from domestic and foreign tourists in recent days.
Meanwhile, in Hoi An, villas are the most popular type of vacation for tourists. According to a survey, most villas with a large number of rooms (about 10 or more rooms) have reported being fully booked during the peak days of the upcoming holiday.
According to a representative of the Quang Nam Villas & Homestay Association (Quang Nam Tourism Association), the April 30 - May 1 holiday often witnesses a strong growth in domestic tourists due to the long break.
