On the evening of January 27 (December 28), Nguyen Hue Flower Street Tet At Ty 2025 (HCMC) officially opened, attracting a large number of people and tourists to enjoy and take photos.

With the theme “Brocaded mountains and rivers, happy spring”, this year’s Tet flower street carries the message “Dance of unity”, recalling the historical milestones of the Vietnamese people.

The exhibition space is divided into three segments: “Solidarity” demonstrates the strength of solidarity overcoming all sacrifices and losses in the struggle for independence; “Transformation” marks the period of innovation and sustainable development of the country; “Development” affirms the firm belief in a bright future in the new era.

The highlight of this year's flower street is the pair Kim Ty and Ngan Ty, created with 70% environmentally friendly materials. The head and belly of the snake are covered with painted pressed bamboo panels, the entire upper back is covered with reflective mica scales, creating a vivid image.

In addition to the mascots Kim Ty and Ngan Ty, Nguyen Hue Flower Street this year also features about 90 snakes of different sizes and colors. The last part of the flower street is the snake mascot Nang Ty, which is over 50m long and over 10m high, with Southern features, including a checkered scarf and conical hat.

In particular, the mascots of the Year of the Snake impress with their cute chibi shapes that are loved by many people, in contrast to the scary image of snakes.

In addition, many miniature landscapes are decorated with winding flower carpets, resembling the image of the Snake mascot. According to the Organizing Committee, this year's flower street uses nearly 109,000 flower baskets, along with miniature landscapes using rattan and bamboo materials, creating a harmonious space between tradition and modernity. In particular, many flower carpets are decorated with numbers and symbols to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

There are 10 flower decoration booths, introducing the culture of each country including: America, Netherlands, Laos, Italy, Indonesia, Korea, Russia, China, Thailand and the United Kingdom.

Nguyen Hue Flower Street Tet At Ty 2025 will open to serve the spring travel and sightseeing needs of locals and tourists from 7:00 p.m. on January 27 (December 28) to 9:00 p.m. on February 2 (the 5th day of Tet).
