
The contest aims to honor the values, spirit and identity of those who are dedicating day and night to the cause of "building and developing an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity".
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong emphasized: “Music has a special power, touching the heart, arousing pride and connecting people. A good song can become a spiritual symbol, living forever, resounding in emulation movements, festivals or on stages across the country.”
The competition is held nationwide, for professional and amateur musicians, organizations, individuals and music lovers. Entries must demonstrate a love for the profession, praise the traditions, roles and contributions of the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector in the country's development, and at the same time honor modern, humane and integrated Vietnamese people.

According to the rules, the time to receive works is from November 13 to December 15, the summary and award ceremony is expected to be on December 31, 2025 in Hanoi . The prize structure includes 1 first prize worth 50 million VND, 2 second prizes of 25 million VND, 3 third prizes of 15 million VND and 5 consolation prizes of 10 million VND.
The leader of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism added: “We want to find songs with high artistic value and influence, praising the faith, love for the profession and the desire to contribute of the staff, artists, athletes and workers in the whole industry. The winning songs will be widely disseminated, becoming the common song of those working in the field of culture, sports and tourism.”
The competition is chaired by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with the Department of Performing Arts as the permanent organizer, and the Jury Board consisting of prestigious musicians and experts. This activity is expected to contribute to inspiring creativity and spreading the spirit of "Solidarity - Creativity - Development" throughout the industry.
