The targets and contents of the emulation were concretized for each subject group, class, and teacher, ensuring that all activities were geared towards improving the quality of education .
"To improve the quality of education, right from the beginning of the school year, the school has coordinated with local authorities and families to effectively maintain student enrollment. We focus on developing the teaching staff towards standardization and specialization. We strengthen the application of information technology; promote the role of homeroom teachers in moral education and life skills. At the same time, we expand academic, creative and physical training activities, creating a comprehensive, safe and friendly learning environment for students," shared Ms. Pham Thi Minh Quyen, Vice Principal of Sin Ho Secondary School.
To maintain and improve quality, each teacher is required to enhance their knowledge and teaching experience. With a love for their profession and accumulated experience, the teachers at Sin Ho Secondary School are striving to apply the best teaching methods to help students learn effectively. In addition, the teachers also categorize students to develop individualized teaching methods for each group, thereby creating appropriate supplementary learning plans.
Teacher Cheo Thi Thanh (Sin Ho Secondary School) shared: "First, I assess the students' academic abilities and cognitive skills, then I find the appropriate methods for each student. Innovating teaching methods towards developing the qualities and competencies of each group of students has contributed to improving the overall quality of education for students."

The "Good Teaching - Good Learning" emulation movement has been effectively implemented by the school. Classes maintain the "Good Learning Week," "Good Learning Hour," "Study Buddies," and "Mutual Progress Learning Groups" movements. During the weekly flag-raising ceremony, the school commends and rewards students and class groups with outstanding achievements. This helps to encourage learning and motivate students to strive for excellence. Under the dedicated guidance of their teachers, the students continuously strive, behave well, and excel in their studies.
Furthermore, proactively reviewing through online courses and websites demonstrates the students' increasing self-learning spirit and access to information technology. Nguyen Gia Han (a student in class 9A3, Sin Ho Secondary School) happily shared: "Besides regularly paying attention to teachers' lectures in class, when I get home I study on my own through social media and online courses to consolidate and improve my knowledge."
