Attending the program were Comrade Tong Thanh Binh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; leaders of the Provincial Youth Union, the Traffic Police Department; leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khong Lao commune; Huong Lam Charity and Child Rights Protection Club; the Board of Directors, teachers, and students of kindergartens, primary schools, and junior high schools in the former Ban Lang education cluster.

Comrade Tong Thanh Binh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, presented scholarships to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
At the program, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province awarded 20 scholarships; the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Children's Council awarded 10 scholarships; and the Traffic Police Department awarded 10 scholarships to orphaned and disadvantaged students, each scholarship worth 500,000 VND. The Huong Lam Charity and Child Rights Protection Club donated over 1,300 warm jackets to students of kindergartens, primary schools, and junior high schools in the former Ban Lang school cluster, with a total value of over 200 million VND.

Comrade Be Thi Bang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, President of the Provincial Children's Council, and Director of the Provincial Community Activities Center - presented scholarships to orphaned students.
Through scholarships and warm clothing, these organizations hope to share love with disadvantaged students in mountainous areas during the winter months. This aims to encourage and motivate them to strive for excellence in their studies, becoming good children, good students, and good grandchildren of Uncle Ho.

Leaders of the Traffic Police Department (Provincial Police) awarded scholarships to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The 2025 winter volunteer program "Warming Children's Hearts" is one of the practical and meaningful activities to celebrate the 15th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Lai Chau province, term 2025-2030.
