1,479 technical innovation initiatives in the emulation movement earned tens of billions of dong
EVNNPT General Director Pham Le Phu said that in the period of 2020 - 2025, despite many difficulties from the COVID-19 pandemic, unusual natural disasters to profound economic fluctuations, with the spirit of solidarity and strong will, EVNNPT has turned challenges into motivation, turned hardships into opportunities to strongly affirm the mettle and position of EVNNPT.
In operation management, EVNNPT has ensured the power transmission grid operates safely, continuously and stably with more than 1,345 billion kWh of electricity transmitted.
Regarding construction investment, EVNNPT has started 197 projects and completed energizing 259 projects. Of these, many key 500kV projects have been completed, especially the 500kV line 3 Quang Trach - Pho Noi which was completed after more than 6 months of construction, meeting the electricity demand of key economic regions.
Outstanding in the labor production emulation movement are 1,479 technical innovation initiatives, with a value of tens of billions of VND. In addition, EVNNPT also actively responds and participates in humanitarian charity activities, mutual love and support such as "EVN Pink Week", "Support to School", "Union Shelter", "Support for localities affected by natural disasters and floods", support for employees affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, etc. These movements closely link EVNNPT's activities with the community, society, and localities, while promoting the brand and good image of EVNNPT to society, contributing to building and developing EVNNPT Culture.
Through emulation movements, the work of summarizing and summarizing emulation and rewards has always been focused on. Since then, many typical advanced examples have been discovered, many outstanding collectives and individuals have been honored and rewarded, becoming the leading flag in the emulation movements of labor and work of the Corporation and units.

Compete to excellently complete assigned tasks, creating motivation for innovation and development
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Tung, Chairman of EVNNPT Board of Directors, acknowledged that EVNNPT's emulation and reward movement has really gone into depth, closely following political tasks and closely linked with the Corporation's key areas of work.
The Chairman of EVNNPT's Board of Directors said that in the period of 2020-2025, despite many difficulties and challenges, with the drastic direction of the Party Committee, the Board of Members, the Board of Directors and the joint efforts and consensus of nearly 6,900 officers and employees of the entire Corporation, EVNNPT has continuously strived to overcome all difficulties and excellently completed assigned tasks in all fields.
Along with that, the reward work has been innovated towards openness, transparency and practicality. Many collectives and individuals directly involved in production have been duly honored, with noble awards such as the Labor Medal, Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister , Emulation Flag from the Government, along with hundreds of certificates of merit and emulation titles at all levels. "Hopefully, the staff will continue to promote the pioneering spirit, strongly spreading good values to the entire EVNNPT", Chairman of the Board of Directors of EVNNPT Nguyen Tuan Tung emphasized.
In the period of 2025 - 2030, EVNNPT aims to develop emulation and reward work as an important driving force contributing to promoting the Corporation's continuous innovation and development.
Emulation movements will become increasingly practical, closely linked to the development goals and strategies of the Corporation; closely linked to the daily activities of employees at the Corporation and its units. Emulation and reward work needs to continue to promote traditions, strengthen training and spread typical examples and truly spread widely, becoming a source of positive inspiration throughout the Corporation and its units.
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Tung requested each employee of the Corporation with a sense of responsibility, dedication, and solidarity to always compete and strive to complete their tasks well, contributing to building the Corporation to develop sustainably in the new era of the country.
At the conference, the Corporation honored 13 advanced models in the 2020-2025 period, 36 models in implementing EVNNPT corporate culture in the 2023-2025 period, and awarded the Corporation's 500kV transmission line project circuit 3 Quang Trach - Pho Noi badge to individuals who excellently completed the construction tasks of the project.
Also at the conference, EVNNPT Trade Union Chairman Trinh Tuan Son launched the emulation movement for the 2025-2030 period with the theme: "Joining hands to create EVNNPT's sustainable development and breakthrough in the digital age".
