Nearly 100 cadres, civil servants and public employees were trained in ethnic knowledge.

On the morning of October 28, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of An Giang province coordinated with Tra Vinh University, the People's Committee of Thanh Loc commune and Vinh Thong ward to organize the opening ceremony of a training course on ethnic knowledge for cadres, civil servants and public employees in the area.

Nearly 100 trainees attending the training course were introduced to and studied 6 key topics on the Party's viewpoints, policies, and guidelines, the State's policies on ethnic affairs; the national defense and security situation in ethnic minority and mountainous areas of the whole country and An Giang province, and other practical contents related to grassroots work tasks.

Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of An Giang province, Danh Tha, said that the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions has organized 7 ethnic knowledge training classes for nearly 300 cadres, civil servants, and public employees of communes and wards with many ethnic minorities.
