Nearly 100 officials, civil servants, and public employees received training on ethnic knowledge.

On the morning of October 28th, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of An Giang province, in coordination with Tra Vinh University, the People's Committee of Thanh Loc commune and Vinh Thong ward, organized the opening ceremony of a training course on ethnic knowledge for officials and employees in the area.

Nearly 100 trainees participating in the training course were introduced to and studied six key topics: the Party's viewpoints, guidelines, and policies, and the State's policies on ethnic affairs; the national defense and security situation in ethnic minority and mountainous areas of the whole country and An Giang province; and other practical contents related to grassroots work tasks.

According to Danh Tha, Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of An Giang province, the Department has organized 7 training courses on ethnic knowledge for nearly 300 officials and employees of communes and wards with a large ethnic minority population.
