Nearly 180 people participated in "Hair Donation Day"

On June 14, at Novotel Nha Trang Hotel, "Hair Donation Day" took place. This is a meaningful charity activity organized by Novotel Nha Trang Hotel for the second time to donate hair to make wigs for breast cancer patients. Accompanying the event, professional hairdressers from famous hair salons in Nha Trang such as Nguyen Duy, Dong Phong, Xuan Bao, Ken, Tien, Hoang Vinh, Gia Tien... directly cut hair for free for participants.

"Hair Donation Day" attracted many people and tourists to participate. The standard for hair donation is that the hair must be longer than 25cm, unprocessed; longer than 35cm for permed, dyed hair and pre-cut hair not more than 2 years old. After one day, the program received nearly 180 hairs. All hair collected from the program will be sent to the Vietnam Breast Cancer Network for processing, creating quality wigs and giving them to patients at Khanh Hoa Provincial Oncology Hospital; thereby contributing to encouraging the patients' spirit, helping them to be more confident in their treatment journey.

Tran Nha Ky (Nha Trang City) donated 25cm of her hair to cancer patients.

“Hair Donation Day” is not only a charity event, but also an opportunity to connect the community, arouse compassion, share and spread the meaning of giving from the simplest things.
