Nearly 9 hectares of "golden land" of the Da Nang New City project in the central district of Da Nang City is abandoned.

According to the adjustment decision signed by Mr. Hoang Thanh Hoa, Chairman of Lien Chieu District People's Committee, the adjusted planning is to supplement the missing contents of the two previously approved detailed planning projects, including: Urban design, management regulations according to the planning project, technical infrastructure of the project to ensure compliance with Circular No. 04/2022/TT-BXD, dated October 24, 2022 ( Ministry of Construction ) and current regulations; connecting the planning with neighboring areas.

According to the Citizen Reception Committee (Office of the People's Committee of Lien Chieu District, Da Nang ), from May 31, 2024, the People's Committee of Lien Chieu District received many complaints from households who are partners of Phu Gia Thinh Housing Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (Phu Gia Thinh Company) at the Hoang Van Thai Commercial Service Complex, Apartment and Residential Land Project (New Danang City Project).

Content of the first administrative complaint against Decision No. 1763/QD-UBND dated April 9, 2024 of Lien Chieu District People's Committee on approving the adjustment of the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 of the Commercial Service Complex, Apartments and Residential Land (supplementing the dossier).

Responding to the content of the complaint, on June 11, the Citizen Reception Committee issued a document stating that this is a complicated case that requires time to review, examine and verify. Therefore, the District People's Committee has assigned specialized departments and offices to urgently check and review relevant records and documents to have a basis to handle the complaints of households in accordance with regulations.

According to the public list of tax enforcement by the Da Nang City Tax Department, the Debt Notice period of April 2024, Phu Gia Thinh Company had its account enforced with an amount of nearly 180 billion VND (effective from May 25 to June 23).
