Comrade Vu Cong Tien - Chairman of the Provincial Association of War Veterans and Comrade K'Linh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Bao Lam district co-chaired the meeting. Also attending were representatives of the Association of War Veterans, the Economic Club of War Veterans from Bao Lam, Di Linh, Da Huoai, Da Teh, Cat Tien districts and Bao Loc city.
At the meeting, delegates heard information about the economic, political and social situation of the province; outstanding results in the work of the Provincial Veterans Association and the activities of the Veterans Business Club in the province and districts and cities in 2023 as well as the orientation of activities in 2024. Representatives of the Veterans Association of districts and cities in the South also discussed, contributed ideas and proposed solutions to make the Association's activities more effective during the year.
Speaking at the meeting, comrade Vu Cong Tien outlined three key operational orientations for 2024. Specifically, continuing to pay attention to politicaleducation , raising awareness and ideology for cadres and members of the Veterans Association; strengthening the development and implementation of practical models and activities to contribute to improving the material and spiritual life of Veterans Association members; improving the quality of activities of the Association's organizations, especially the quality of activities of branches and sub-associations.

At the meeting, the Provincial Business Association of War Veterans gave 5 gifts (each worth 1 million VND) to poor and disadvantaged war veteran members of Bao Lam district.
On this occasion, the Association of War Veterans of Bao Lam district was also honored to receive a certificate of merit from the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Association of War Veterans for its outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Exemplary Veterans" in 2023.
The spring meeting of the Association of War Veterans in districts and cities is a meaningful activity organized annually by the Association of War Veterans in Lam Dong province. This activity aims to strengthen the close relationship and solidarity between the Association of War Veterans in districts and cities and the Association of War Veterans doing business in the province; to connect and strengthen comradeship and teamwork. The provincial War Veterans also become a bridge to help War Veterans and War Veterans businessmen have the opportunity to meet, exchange, learn and help each other in life, set good examples in everyday life; promote the nature of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era.
