With the above number of candidates, the school organized 31 examination rooms. To prepare for the exam at the school's examination site, the school directed the Facilities Department to inspect, review, repair and supplement facilities, prepare conditions for organizing the exam, develop plans to ensure exam safety; organize a meeting of the Board of Directors with representatives of the Parents' Association of the two schools on the coordination of exam organization. The school reported to the District People's Committee, the District Military Command, and the District Police to coordinate in sending forces to participate in ensuring security and order at the examination site, traffic safety and safety outside the examination site. At the same time, promptly update the directives and instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), the Department of Education and Training on the exam to propagate and disseminate to cadres, teachers, staff, students, and parents through school-wide meetings, class activities, meetings with parents of grade 12 students, via website, email, zalo, facebook...; organize training and study of the Exam Regulations for cadres, teachers, staff, and students.

This year, Tran Van Lan High School (Nam Dinh City) has 480 candidates registered for the exam, including 311 candidates from Tran Van Lan High School and 169 candidates from the Center for VocationalEducation and Continuing Education (GDNN-GDTX) of Nam Dinh City. To prepare for the exam, the school has coordinated with the Center for Vocational Education and Continuing Education of Nam Dinh City to develop a plan to organize the exam, ensuring safety conditions for the exam, documents, facilities, equipment, personnel participating at the exam site, stationery; meeting to review and agree on tasks related to the organization of the exam. Each school arranges 3 officers, teachers, and employees of the unit to coordinate with homeroom teachers of each class, and parents to arrange transportation for their children to the exam site. At the beginning of each exam, the officers in charge are responsible for taking attendance, coordinating with the homeroom teachers (including traffic police) to pick up and drop off students in time in case students are late, oversleep, have broken vehicles, have accidents, etc. The school also coordinates with the police, army, medical staff, etc. to send people to participate in serving the exam at the school's exam site. Organize 2 sessions of studying the regulations for officers, teachers, and employees, especially emphasizing the exam invigilation process (including paying attention to distributing exam papers, collecting exam papers; the work that exam invigilators need to do during the exam; preventing candidates from using high-tech cheating devices; forms of handling when exam invigilators and candidates violate the exam regulations), reminding officers and teachers to absolutely not be subjective, negligent, and let mistakes and violations of the exam regulations occur. The school organizes 2 sessions of studying the exam regulations for the school's students and candidates of the Center for Continuing Education and Vocational Training of Nam Dinh City. Currently, the facilities at the testing site have been carefully prepared, with telephone numbers, computers for direct examination, loudspeakers, tables and chairs, fans, test storage rooms, cabinets for storing test papers and test papers, and camera surveillance systems... all ready to operate, ensuring good service for the exam.

At Le Quy Don High School (Truc Ninh), Principal Nguyen Van Dang said: This year, the total number of candidates registered to take the graduation exam at the school's testing site is 492 with a total of 22 testing rooms, including 419 students from the school and 73 students from Doan Ket High School. To best serve the exam, the school has inspected, reviewed, repaired, and supplemented the facilities of all testing rooms, ensuring that all rooms are qualified to organize the exam. The rooms storing exam papers and test papers are equipped with cameras according to instructions. The offices of the council leaders and testing rooms are equipped with tables, chairs, fans, body temperature measuring machines, and antiseptic water to serve the exam safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations... In the last days of exam review, the school reminded students to be aware of the importance of following the regulations, ensuring the exam takes place seriously. Nguyen Mai Trang, a student at the school, shared: “During the review process, teachers always enthusiastically taught us to actively review for the exam and promptly encouraged us to help us stabilize our mentality, avoiding excessive anxiety that would affect the exam results. In particular, teachers made us review very carefully and grasp the basic knowledge, theory, and types of exercises, then focus on advanced types of exercises to limit mistakes during the exam. During the review process, we were always reminded to strictly follow the exam regulations, avoiding unnecessary mistakes or errors.”

According to the Exam Schedule, the 2025 High School Graduation Exam will officially take place on June 26 and 27 with the number of candidates registered in the whole province (as of June 22) being 23,551, of which 20,316 are high school students, 2,813 are continuing education students, and 422 are independent candidates. 23,290 candidates registered for the 2018 General Education Program, 261 candidates took the exam under the 2006 General Education Program. The whole province has 39 Exam Sites, 998 exam rooms; of which 38 are exam sites under the 2018 General Education Program; 1 is exam site under the 2006 General Education Program.

Based on the directives of the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Education and Training has coordinated with relevant departments and branches to deploy and complete preparations for the exam under the direction of the Provincial People's Committee such as: ensuring security and order, traffic safety, health , food hygiene and safety, ensuring power supply for the exam, traffic police force, and youth volunteers continue to support candidates and their families so that they can attend the exam on time. The Department of Education and Training has directed schools to strengthen review work, coordinate with parents to create the best conditions both materially and spiritually so that students have a solid mindset to enter the exam.

After the meeting of the Provincial Steering Committee for the exam, the Department of Education and Training continued to direct schools to strengthen review for students, organize the second mock exam so that students can get acquainted with the 2025 exam organization method according to the exam regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training; review the facilities and equipment for the exam, coordinate with relevant local forces to establish security teams, serve the exam, and develop an exam organization plan. Coordinate with the Provincial Police to review, inspect, and install security equipment in the exam printing area. Arrange security forces at important stages of the exam. Provincial interdisciplinary inspection teams have inspected exam sites on facilities and equipment in preparation for the exam; work to ensure security and safety of exam papers and test papers at the exam sites; ensure security and safety of exam invigilation; Training, dissemination, guidance on regulations, examination procedures and implementation of regulations and examination procedures by cadres, teachers, staff and students; coordination with relevant forces... The inspection process promptly detected, reminded and corrected limitations and shortcomings.

The provincial police have deployed nearly 400 officers and soldiers to participate in ensuring exam security and safety and to review and grasp the situation on social networking platforms to detect false information about the exam, negative behaviors, and violations of the law related to the exam such as: trading high-tech equipment, fraud, etc.; arrange vehicles to serve the exam in emergency situations. The Department of Construction has directed passenger transport units and bus stations in the province to prepare vehicles that ensure technical safety and environmental sanitation requirements; develop a plan to mobilize maximum passenger transport vehicles, have backup plans for vehicles and drivers to increase trips to serve the travel needs of candidates and their families before, during and after the exam; have a plan to support and help candidates from policy families, poor households, and students in difficult circumstances to have the conditions to attend the exam. The Department of Science and Technology directs postal, delivery, telecommunications, and internet businesses in the province to ensure smooth communication and internet connections to serve the Exam; ensure telecommunications infrastructure conditions to serve the announcement of exam results and university and college admissions in 2025. Nam Dinh Electricity ensures power supply to serve the Exam in detail to each area, power line, power line, priority and backup plans. The Provincial Youth Union deploys to grassroots Youth Union units and schools to mobilize youth volunteers to serve at exam sites to support candidates and their families during the exam.

On the morning of June 26, the 2025 High School Graduation Exam will officially take place nationwide with the first subject being Literature.
