Silver prices on November 26 recorded a steady increase in both the world and domestic markets, in the context of investors expecting the US Federal Reserve (FED) to soon loosen monetary policy. This development has cooled US bond yields, promoting cash flow back to non-yielding precious metal assets.

World silver price developments
In the Asian market on the morning of November 26, the spot silver price opened at 51,491 USD/ounce and increased to 51,510 USD/ounce at 6:10 a.m. (Vietnam time). Compared to the previous session, this precious metal increased by 0.135 USD/ounce. The trading range for the day fluctuated from 50,702 to 51,759 USD/ounce, showing that buying power is dominant.
According to FXStreet technical expert Christian Borjon Valencia, silver's rise is supported by expectations of an early easing by the Fed, which will reduce US bond yields. Valencia said the short-term trend remains bullish, but prices need to break through the key resistance level of $52.46 an ounce to consolidate the upward momentum. If successful, silver could head towards $54.46 an ounce and further to the psychological zone of $55 an ounce. Conversely, if prices fall below $51 an ounce, the next support level could be $50 an ounce.
