Specifically, at around 9:00 a.m. on June 10, a tractor truck with license plate 50H-123.23 pulling a semi-trailer with license plate 50RM-065.01 driven by NVN (born in 1992, in Trung Nghia commune, Vung Liem district, Vinh Long province) was traveling on National Highway 61 from Kinh Cung town, Phung Hiep district to Rach Goi town, Chau Thanh A district.

When reaching Km 09 in Tan Long hamlet, Tan Binh commune, Phung Hiep district, Hau Giang province, there was a collision with a motorbike with license plate 95B1-462.53 driven by Mr. NLQ (born in 1993, registered permanent residence in Hung Loi ward, Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city) in the opposite direction. Mr. Q. was carrying his wife and 2 small children on the motorbike.
After the collision, Mr. Q's wife and two children were taken to the hospital for emergency treatment but did not survive.
According to information from Can Tho Central General Hospital, Mr. Q. was admitted to the hospital with intracranial hemorrhage, intraventricular hematoma, multiple injuries and a poor prognosis.
The traffic accident is being urgently investigated and clarified by the authorities.
According to his family, Mr. Q., his wife and two children were staying in Binh Minh town (Vinh Long province). Mr. Q. and his wife rented a mini soccer field for business and paid monthly rent. On the day of the tragic accident, Mr. Q. took his wife and two children to his wife's hometown in Long My town for a funeral but unfortunately had an accident in the middle of the road.
