Extension of implementation time for Vo Chi Cong road completion project

The extended contract is package No. 2 "Construction and installation of component project 1, section Km11+240 - Km26+500" of the coastal road completion project 129 (Vo Chi Cong).

The Provincial People's Committee requested the investor, the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, to closely coordinate with the Nui Thanh District People's Committee and relevant agencies and functional units of the district to focus on resolving all remaining problems in compensation and site clearance to hand over the site to the construction unit to complete the project on schedule.

At the same time, based on the progress and remaining construction volume, proactively coordinate with the contractor to negotiate and sign a contract appendix to adjust the contract implementation time according to regulations.

Direct units to re-establish detailed construction progress, increase mobilization of sufficient machinery, equipment and human resources to implement construction works to ensure progress and quality.

In addition, based on the progress of site clearance completion of the People's Committee of Nui Thanh district, the construction time of the remaining sections and the project completion time to determine the exact completion time.

In case of extension, it is necessary to report to the competent authority for consideration and approval to adjust the implementation time of the bid package or project (if any) in accordance with regulations.
