In many localities today, the Summer-Autumn rice supply is low, the price fluctuates little. In Dong Thap , the quantity is low, the Summer-Autumn rice is traded sporadically, the price fluctuates little, and new buying and selling transactions are quiet. In Long An, the Summer-Autumn rice supply is low, and new buying and selling transactions continue to be slow.

As for by-products, the prices of by-products fluctuate from 7,150 - 9,000 VND/kg. Currently, OM 5451 broken rice has increased by 100 VND/kg, fluctuating at 7,500 - 7,600 VND/kg; the price of bran fluctuates at 8,000 - 9,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.

Recorded in localities today, the supply of 50404, OM 380 varieties is low, transactions have not improved, prices are stable. In An Giang, the supply is sporadic, the price of raw white Summer-Autumn rice is bad, prices have slightly decreased. In Lap Vo (Dong Thap), the supply is sporadic, all types of rice are stable. In Sa Dec (Dong Thap), all types of rice prices are stable.

At retail markets, the prices of all types of rice are the same as yesterday. Currently, Nang Nhen rice has the highest listed price of VND28,000/kg; regular rice fluctuates at VND13,000 - 15,000/kg; Jasmine fragrant rice fluctuates at VND16,000 - 18,000/kg; common white rice fluctuates at VND16,000/kg; Soc rice often fluctuates at VND17,000/kg; long-grain fragrant rice fluctuates at VND20,000 - 22,000/kg; Huong Lai rice 22,000/kg; Nang Hoa rice 21,000/kg; Taiwanese fragrant rice 20,000/kg; Soc Thai rice 20,000/kg; Japanese rice 22,000/kg.

In the export market, Vietnam's rice export prices increased slightly compared to yesterday. According to the Vietnam Food Association (VFA), currently 5% standard rice is at 397 USD/ton; 25% broken rice is at 368 USD/ton; 100% broken rice is at 325 USD/ton (up 2 USD/ton).
