Regarding rice, according to the update from the Department of Agriculture and Environment of An Giang province, currently OM 18 raw rice has decreased by 100 VND/kg, fluctuating at 10,100 - 10,300 VND/kg; IR 504 raw rice fluctuates at 7,900 - 8,050 VND/kg; OM 380 raw rice fluctuates at 7,700 - 7,850; 5451 raw rice fluctuates at 9,600 - 9,750 VND/kg; OM 380 finished rice fluctuates at 8,800 - 9,000 VND/kg; IR 504 finished rice fluctuates at 9,500 - 9,700 VND/kg.

As for by-products, the price of by-products fluctuates from 7,450 - 9,000 VND/kg. Currently, fragrant rice bran has increased by 100 VND, fluctuating at 7,450 - 7,600 VND/kg; the price of bran fluctuates at 8,000 - 9,000 VND/kg.

Recorded in localities today, the source is quite good, rice prices are stable. In An Giang, there is a lot of mixed rice, little good rice, the warehouse buys little by little, selects rice, prices are stable. In Lap Vo (Dong Thap), the salary is better, all kinds of rice prices are stable.

Sa Dec market canal (Dong Thap), in terms of quantity, most warehouses buy regularly, prices are stable. In An Cu (Cai Be, Tien Giang), quantity is more, many batches of new rice are not good and difficult to sell. Warehouses buy slowly, prices fluctuate little.

At retail markets, the prices of all types of rice remained unchanged compared to yesterday. Currently, Nang Nhen rice has the highest listed price of VND28,000/kg; regular rice fluctuates at VND15,500 - 16,000/kg; long-grain fragrant rice fluctuates at VND20,000 - 22,000/kg; Huong Lai rice fluctuates at VND22,000/kg; Jasmine fragrant rice fluctuates at VND17,000 - 18,000/kg; Nang Hoa rice fluctuates at VND21,000/kg; Taiwanese fragrant rice fluctuates at VND20,000/kg; common white rice fluctuates at VND17,000/kg; Soc regular rice fluctuates at VND18,000/kg; Soc Thai rice costs VND20,000/kg; Japanese rice costs VND22,000/kg.

In many localities today, farmers are offering to sell early Summer-Autumn rice, traders are slow to buy because the quality of the first crop is poor. In Long An, customers are slow to buy, traders are mainly buying in advance, prices are stagnant.

In Soc Trang, buying and selling is slow, fragrant rice prices fluctuate slightly. In An Giang and Can Tho, buying and selling is slow, prices are stable. In Tra Vinh, rice fields are empty, prices are stable. In Bac Lieu, sources are decreasing, most fragrant rice areas have been deposited, buying and selling is slow.

In the export market, Vietnam's rice export prices remained unchanged compared to yesterday. According to the Vietnam Food Association (VFA), currently 5% standard rice is at 394 USD/ton; 25% broken rice is at 367 USD/ton; 100% broken rice is at 317 USD/ton.
