Pork prices continue to remain stable at WinMart stores and Ha Hien Fresh Food Company. Pork belly is currently sold at 163,122 VND/kg at WinMart and 166,000 VND at Ha Hien.

According to records in this morning's session, the price of Meat Deli chilled pork from the website winmart.vn remained quiet at the time of survey. Currently, the price of pork at WinMart fluctuates between 119,922 - 163,122 VND/kg and is discounted by 20% according to the preferential program for WinMart members.

Of these, ground pork has the lowest selling price among the surveyed products, listed at 119,922 VND/kg. On the other hand, pork belly holds the highest price, maintaining at 163,122 VND/kg.

Similarly, the price of pork at Ha Hien Fresh Food Company has not recorded any adjustment this morning. Accordingly, Ha Hien is currently selling pork at a price of 89,000 - 190,000 VND/kg.

Of these, pork fat has the lowest price among the surveyed products, listed at VND89,000/kg. Next is lean pork leg meat with a selling price of VND126,000/kg. Slightly higher are two products: pork ribs and lean pork shoulder, with selling prices of VND134,000/kg and VND136,000/kg, respectively.

The North witnessed a general decline, with no locality maintaining stable prices compared to yesterday.

Most provinces in the region have reduced the price by VND1,000/kg. In Hanoi , Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Thai Nguyen, Cao Bang, Tuyen Quang and Phu Tho, the price of live pigs decreased from VND64,000 to VND63,000/kg. Meanwhile, Lao Cai, Lai Chau, Son La, Dien Bien and Thanh Hoa provinces also adjusted the price down from VND62,000 to VND61,000/kg.

The price of live pigs in the North currently fluctuates between 61,000 - 64,000 VND/kg.

The Central Highlands region continues to face a deep price decline. Gia Lai is now the locality with the lowest price in the country – 60,000 VND/kg, after a further decrease of 1,000 VND.

In addition, Lam Dong and Dak Lak provinces recorded the sharpest decrease - up to 2,000 VND/kg. Some other localities such as Khanh Hoa, Da Nang , Quang Ngai and Quang Tri also slightly decreased by 1,000 VND/kg. Only Hue kept the price unchanged at 62,000 VND/kg.

The price of live pigs in this area is currently between 60,000 - 62,000 VND/kg.

The South, which has the highest pork prices in the country, is also being clearly affected by the adjustment. Many provinces and cities have recorded a decrease of 1,000 - 2,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Thap and An Giang all decreased by 1,000 VND/kg. Lam Dong alone decreased by 2,000 VND/kg. Meanwhile, Can Tho still maintained a high price of 65,000 VND/kg, becoming the place with the highest price in the South at present. Ca Mau maintained the national peak with a price of 66,000 VND/kg.

Pig prices in the South fluctuate between 63,000 - 66,000 VND/kg.
